Cheesy Garlic Butter Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 12 soft slider buns
  • 500g (1 lb) ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Cook the beef: In a skillet, sautΓ© onions until soft, then add ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
  2. Assemble the sliders: Slice buns in half. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Layer the cooked beef, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese, then top with the upper halves of the buns.
  3. Garlic butter topping: Mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and brush over the top of the buns. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake: Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F). Bake for 15–20 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve: Let them cool slightly, then enjoy warm and cheesy sliders!
