Cheesy Garlic Butter Sliders
Ingredients:
- 12 soft slider buns
- 500g (1 lb) ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Cook the beef: In a skillet, sautΓ© onions until soft, then add ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Assemble the sliders: Slice buns in half. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Layer the cooked beef, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese, then top with the upper halves of the buns.
- Garlic butter topping: Mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and brush over the top of the buns. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F). Bake for 15β20 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve: Let them cool slightly, then enjoy warm and cheesy sliders!
