🍰 Soft & Fluffy Homemade Bundt Cake

✨ Ingredients:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk (warm)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven
    Set your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. Mix wet ingredients
    In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add milk, oil (or butter), and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Add dry ingredients
    Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
    Gradually add them to the wet mixture and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour into pan
    Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  5. Bake
    Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Cool & serve
    Let the cake cool for 10–15 minutes, then remove from the pan.
    You can brush it with syrup, honey, or glaze for a shiny finish like in the picture.

💡 Tips:

  • Add lemon zest or orange zest for extra flavor 🍋
  • You can drizzle sugar syrup on top to get that glossy look
  • Perfect with tea or coffee ☕
