★Ingredients
200g (1 cup) dark chocolate (chopped)
100g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
100g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
3 eggs (room temperature)
70g (1/2 cup) all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
★Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a silicone or small baking mold lightly with oil or butter.
Melt Chocolate and Butter: In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together using a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth, then set aside to cool slightly.
Whisk Eggs and Sugar: In another bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Combine Wet Ingredients: Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Add the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in the flour and salt. Gently fold the mixture until just combined (do not overmix).
Fill Molds: Pour the batter into the prepared molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
Bake: Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are just set but still soft to the touch.
Cool and Serve: Let them cool slightly before removing them from the molds. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled for a mousse-like texture.
