2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans (reserve some for topping)
1/2 cup caramel sauce
★Instructions
- Prepare the pan:
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Melt the base:
In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Add vanilla and pecans:
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and 3/4 cup of chopped pecans.
- Layer the fudge:
Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over this layer.
- Add the second layer:
Pour the remaining fudge mixture on top and smooth again.
Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top and use a toothpick to create a swirled effect.
- Top with pecans:
Sprinkle the reserved chopped pecans evenly over the top.
- Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
- Cut and serve:
Remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper overhang.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
