Garlic Butter Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef or a mix of beef and pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions:
- Prepare the meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground meat, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano. Roll into small meatballs.
- Cook the meatballs: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and fully cooked inside (about 10 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Make the sauce: In the same pan, melt the butter and sauté garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
