Crunchy Cabbage and Bell Pepper Salad
Ingredients:
- ½ head of cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1 teaspoon mustard (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the vegetables: Finely chop the cabbage, dice the bell pepper, grate the carrot, and slice the green onions.
- Mix the dressing: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard (if using), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
