Ingredients:

For the sponge cake:

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee (dissolved in 2 tablespoons warm water)

  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions:
