Creamy Shrimp Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 500g (1 lb) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles: Boil according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the shrimp: In a pan, melt 1 tbsp butter and sauté the shrimp with a pinch of salt and black pepper until pink. Set aside.
  3. Make the creamy sauce: In the same pan, melt the remaining butter, add garlic, and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and milk, then add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth.
  4. Assemble the lasagna: In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the sauce, add a layer of noodles, then spread ricotta cheese, shrimp, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  5. Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and enjoy!
