- 1 cup (240ml) warm water
- 2 1/4 teaspoons (7g) active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 2 tablespoons mixed seeds (flaxseeds, sesame, chia, or sunflower)
Instructions:
- Activate the Yeast:
- In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar (or honey), and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a large mixi bubung bowl, combine flour and salt.
- Add the activated yeast mixture and oil.
- Mix until a rough dough forms.
- Kneading:
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Gradually add the mixed seeds while kneading.
- First Proofing:
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 1–2 hours, or until doubled in size.
- Shaping & Second Proofing:
- Punch down the dough, shape it into a round or loaf, and place it on a baking sheet.
