- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk (warm)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter

- Preheat the oven
Set your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a bundt pan. - Mix wet ingredients
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add milk, oil (or butter), and vanilla. Mix well. - Add dry ingredients
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add them to the wet mixture and mix until smooth. - Pour into pan
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. - Bake
Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. - Cool & serve
Let the cake cool for 10–15 minutes, then remove from the pan.
You can brush it with syrup, honey, or glaze for a shiny finish like in the picture.
