- 300g beef (cut into small chunks)
- 1 corn on the cob (cut into pieces)
- 2 carrots (sliced)
- 2 potatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 liter beef broth (or water)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
- Fresh parsley (chopped)

- Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides. - Add aromatics
Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook for 2โ3 minutes until fragrant. - Build the soup
Pour in the beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes. - Add vegetables
Add carrots, potatoes, and corn. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. - Simmer
Cook for another 25โ30 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the beef is soft. - Finish & serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
