
Ingredients
For the Crust
- 2 cups crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
For the Filling
- 500 g cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 200 g white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping
- White chocolate shavings or crushed biscuits
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust
Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter until combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes. - Make the Filling
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
Pour in the melted white chocolate and mix well. - Whip the Cream
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Fold it gently into the cream cheese mixture. - Assemble the Cheesecake
Spread the filling evenly over the crust.
Smooth the top with a spatula. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm. - Decorate & Serve
Sprinkle white chocolate shavings or biscuit crumbs on top.
