Creamy Peanut Butter Pie

★Ingredients

For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits

1/4 cup granulated sugar

6 tablespoons melted butter

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping

For the Peanut Butter Layer:

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup milk

1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping

Optional for Garnish:

Whipped cream swirls

Chopped peanuts or chocolate drizzle


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crust:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until combined.

Press the mixture into a pie pan evenly. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then cool completely.

  1. Make the Cream Cheese Layer:

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.

Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined. Spread evenly over the cooled crust.

  1. Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer:

In another bowl, whisk together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.

Fold in the whipped cream until creamy. Spread this layer over the cream cheese layer.

  1. Chill and Decorate:

Refrigerate the pie for at least 2-3 hours until set.

Pipe whipped cream swirls around the edges and garnish with chopped peanuts or chocolate drizzle, if desired.
