π§ Cheddar Cheese Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
 - 1 tbsp baking powder
 - Β½ tsp salt
 - ΒΌ tsp garlic powder (optional)
 - 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 cup (240 ml) milk
 - 1 large egg
 - ΒΌ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil or melted butter
 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F). Grease a loaf pan.
 - In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
 - Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until well coated with flour.
 - In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and oil (or melted butter).
 - Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir just until combined (do not overmix).
 - Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
 - Bake for 40β45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
 - Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
 
Tips:
- For extra flavor, add chopped herbs (like parsley or chives).
 - You can also mix in a little mozzarella or parmesan cheese.
