- 250 g (½ lb) Italian sausage, crumbled

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 can (400 g / 14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 3 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 250 g (9 oz) cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Optional: fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
