📝 Ingredients

  • 8 slices of white bread (edges removed)
  • 8 mozzarella cheese sticks (or cheddar)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying

  1. Flatten each bread slice using a rolling pin.
  2. Place one cheese stick on the edge of each slice.
  3. Roll the bread tightly around the cheese.
  4. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  5. Mix breadcrumbs with black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  6. Dip each roll into the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
