
Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients
For the Garlic Butter Chicken:
- 700 g (1.5 lb) chicken thighs or breasts, cut into chunks
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
- 350 g (12 oz) spaghetti or fettuccine
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken pieces with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. - Sear the Chicken
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside. - Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth and let simmer for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth. - Combine
Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken. - Prepare the Pasta Sauce
In another pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add cream and parmesan. Toss in cooked pasta and mix until creamy. - Serve
Plate the creamy pasta and top with garlic butter chicken. Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken thighs with chicken breast.
- Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
