Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients

For the Garlic Butter Chicken:

  • 700 g (1.5 lb) chicken thighs or breasts, cut into chunks
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

  • 350 g (12 oz) spaghetti or fettuccine
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Chicken
    Season the chicken pieces with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear the Chicken
    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Make the Sauce
    In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth and let simmer for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
  5. Combine
    Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
  6. Prepare the Pasta Sauce
    In another pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add cream and parmesan. Toss in cooked pasta and mix until creamy.
  7. Serve
    Plate the creamy pasta and top with garlic butter chicken. Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan.

Notes

  • You can substitute chicken thighs with chicken breast.
  • Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
  • Serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
