Introduction
Carob is a natural plant well known for its health and nutritional benefits. It is a caffeine-free alternative to cocoa, rich in fiber, calcium, and iron. Carob drink is easy to prepare and is often served cold, especially in summer. In many Arab countries, it is considered a traditional refreshing beverage that also supports digestion.

Carob Drink Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500 g dried carob pods
- 2 liters of water
- 200–250 g sugar (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
- Wash the carob pods thoroughly and break them into small pieces.
- Place them in a pot with water and simmer gently for 30–40 minutes.
- Add sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
- Allow the mixture to cool, then strain through a fine sieve.
- Pour the drink into glass bottles and store in the refrigerator.
Serving suggestion:
- Serve cold with ice cubes.
- Optionally, add a splash of orange blossom water for extra flavor.
