Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 box tomato soup or tomato sauce
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, then cook until soft and fragrant.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in the tomato soup or tomato sauce. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture. Mix well.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
