Easy Cheesy Ground Beef Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 box tomato soup or tomato sauce
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, then cook until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  4. Stir in the tomato soup or tomato sauce. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a baking dish, combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture. Mix well.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
