- 300g (10 oz) ground sausage (beef or Italian sausage)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 medium potatoes (diced small)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1β2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Β½ teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

- Cook the sausage
In a pot over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the sausage until browned. Break it into small pieces. - Add aromatics
Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook for 2β3 minutes until soft and fragrant. - Add potatoes & broth
Stir in diced potatoes and pour in chicken broth. Let it simmer for about 10β15 minutes until potatoes are tender. - Make it creamy
Add milk and heavy cream. Stir gently and let it cook for another 5 minutes. - Add tomatoes & seasoning
Add chopped tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3β5 more minutes. - Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
