Homemade Chocolate Drizzled Crepes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 2 eggs
 - 2 tbsp melted butter
 - 2 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - A pinch of salt
 - Chocolate or caramel sauce for topping
 
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter.
 - Gradually add flour, sugar, and salt. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
 - Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
 - Pour a small amount of batter and swirl the pan to spread it evenly.
 - Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden.
 - Stack the crepes and let them cool slightly.
