- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 cup corn kernels

- 1 can (15 oz) brown gravy or beef stew gravy
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease. - Prepare the vegetables
